Immediate response, however instructions on usage is still unclear
Communication about tracking my order…
Communication about tracking my order was great. I received the product without any damage and I have started using it. I have noticed a slight improvement in my face over the past week, and am looking forward to even better results as I continue using it per the instructions.
Zero accountability
Total scam! Total waste of money! Total waste of time! Totally misleading! These people are liars, thieves. Zero accountability. Facebook should be accountable for allowing scam companies like "Seperatet" rip off its members Can't believe that trust pilot would do business with this scam!! Shows the lack of the integrity of trustpilot and Facebook.
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. They advertise products that do not do what they advertise and then try to get the buyer to keep it because returning it would be costly. Oh, and they don’t tell you but they ship their fake products from Ireland. They arrive in non descriptive envelope. Anyone who has been scammed should contact Ireland police to file claim. Scumbags
Company is a scam
Company is a scam. I bought something back in early February from them. After 2 months I finally reached out to them asking for a refund. Instead of the refund they “sent out another package” without my approval. I told them I had no interest in their product anymore and continued to ask for refunds 3 additional times. They declined every time explaining because the other package had already been sent- which was not my ask. Extremely poor customer service, unheard of shipping timelines, sketchy sketchy company. If you’re considering buying from these guys- don’t. Run the way other way as fast as you can.
Avoid Separatet at all costs.
This is a scam. 6 weeks later, no product received. Do not order anything from these jokers. They are refusing to refund, as the good is in transit. They have sent me two different tracking numbers. 3 weeks ago it was in Germany, and now in Wuhan, China.
Do not order from Separatet
Separatet is a scam. Do not order from Separatet. I ordered a kit of six tools and only received one of the six. Separatet customer service admitted the order was not complete and offered me $2 as compensation on a $37 order.
Shady company
The company listed their product and basically added double in fees. But I authorized that. Then, they immediately charged my credit card more than I authorized. I reported the charge as fraudulent and contacted their customer service. They said they would refund the difference, but they never should have charged more than I authorizd. Be careful.
Frustrated in Nh
I am still waiting for my Natural Beeswax that I ordered sometime in May. I am thinking that maybe I won't be getting this product after all. I already paid for this product, including sales tax, which we don't pay in NH and a pretty large amount for shipping. Can I have the courtesy of a reply??
I was shocked to see how comfortable…
I was shocked to see how comfortable these shoes were with the first wear! They look really cute for being so cheap! I would recommend getting your true size because I thought they would run small and I had to exchange for a smaller size.
