Poor Quality and Hidden Subscription Costs – Not Recommended
Very disappointing experience with these cameras. The product quality is poor, and the lack of transparency regarding the costs is a major concern. The biggest issue is the cloud subscription, which requires you to pay for a yearly plan. These ongoing costs should be made much clearer before purchasing. I would not recommend these cameras to anyone. Think carefully before buying and make sure you understand all the additional charges before investing your money.
It's very poor quality product also luck of transparent the main issue is subscription for the cloud you have to pay yearly plan I would not advise to anyone installing this cameras

I made sure I inserted 128gb sd card but you still cant get proper playbacks - just 6-10 second clips - without paying for cloud storage. They just keep pushing a cloud storage subscription link. It's a fix. I wondered why it was so cheap. Now I know. septi-CON !
I bought my septikon security camera that can be used indoors or outdoors. I have it in my front window, recording my front garden and drive. I downloaded the app and it took me 5 minutes to set up. The siren is VERY LOUD. I have other makes of small security cameras throughout the house, but this was the easiest by far.
I have two H40i cameras, I use them as pet cams. They are HD, have night vision, two way audio, full colour. And an app which I love. After 3 years one of the cams stopped working and I emailed there UK customer services with my reciept which luckily was in my amazon history as I brought it through their amazon shop. They replaced the camera free of charge within a week. After 3 years. Dont know why other reviews say there customer service is bad? Thats probably the best service ive ever had for a 3 Yr old product!!! Can't recommend highly enough myself.
This camera stopped recording after 2 days use. Impossible to contact the company as their "Contact Us" on the app does not work!
Avoid this company like the plague! Unreliable equipment and non-existent customer support.

Awful cameras that keep going offline, terrible customer service, the worst app I've ever used, I pay for this "service" yet my videos are still being held hostage, absolute scammers! I DO NOT recommend!
Was great (5*) but recent updates have now restricted access to alert videos older than 2 days (despite me having a large SD card, without paying for a subscription. What next? No access to anything without paying?
I had a problem with my Septekon 806 rtd camera that has been brilliant for 15 months.
I wrote to their customer services and received an instant response(under 5 minutes) the problem persisted but they kept replying so quickly. After a few pitfalls they found the problem and in under 2 hours the issue was resolved. I am amazed. So quick. So patient. So helpful.
If you need a great good value security camera with excellent customer service this is the one to buy.

Being well pleased with Septekons b40 camera I ordered a second one. There was a slight problem with the order so I contacted their customer service within hours l had a reply,the problem was sorted and I received the camera the next day. Well done Septekon and thanks to Miya in customer service dept. Would recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOT BUY! They will NOT connect no matter what you do, they are horrible, have short wires for wireless, making it impossible to use them. NO customer service, just the same person sending emails and giving excuses. They always claim its not their product that's the issue.
Septekon security cameras are highly recommended due to their exceptional effectiveness and outstanding customer support; their responsiveness and dedication to resolving issues are exemplary.

Maybe the next ones were updated or whatever, nope. they’re always offline 80% of the time, detects absolutely nothing but when someone is actually in its view breaking into your car it doesn’t detect it. No customer service. The picture is very good(both day and night) but not what you would want as security because it does the opposite of what cameras are supposed to do. Do not recommend buying anything from them even though it’s cheap. You get what you pay for I guess…

The cameras are regularly offline. Takes forever to send an alert to your phone. Sometimes never sends an alert.the alerts come if there are bugs or the wind is blowing hard but when someone is actually outside not very good at sending the alerts that matter. Makes me feel safe. Not. The camera has a good picture.
