Update to my last review,Seffify says someone has signed for my post but M&S in China say they won't say who signed for my post,but have offered me a 70% competition for the loss of my order,not exceptable,I have now sought legal advice,through citizens advice bureau, who say I've been treated very unfairly,not once, but twice my post has not arrived,therefore I will never be able to shop at M&S ever again as my post doesn't get here,it's now in the hands of my solicitor,

I put an order in on the 29th of…

I put an order in on the 29th of December. I contacted them and got a reply saying it was on the way. 4 weeks later still waiting contacted them again same reply. Today 31st January went in to check tracking said it was delivered today I have not received anything. Now I know I have been scammed everyone please stay away from this company
