What people say

Beware!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. On top of charging a fee that is well above market rate for a nominal service, they impose hidden charges for services that I never asked for or used, plus levy extortionate fees for nominal services like keeping your letter in the file.

Money hungry corporate

They are a money hungry corporate that hide behind small print to charge exorbitant fees. - I was charged $80 for 'a locker' to put a letter I forgot to collect for two weeks. - there is a compulsory $36 / month levy billed for 'secretary support', even when I had no contact with them for a month. Then, as the other reviewer explains, wait until you want to leave! Avoid.

Bad Experience - Hot Desking at ServCorp Buona Vista Singapore

I signed up for a 6 month's hotdesk membership due to Covid a month ago. It was at a reduced price if $280 (rack rate is $350 according to the sales lady). I liked the atmosphere as it was quiet and I needed a place to work from during Covid. However, I faced technical issues as I could not access my corporate systems remotely. Hence the arrangement of working from the Servcorp office at Buona Vista was not really working out for me. I ended up going back to my office on weekends to sync up my data and access corporate systems. To be fair, this is not ServCorp's fault (which I told them as well) After trying a week and it did not work out, I enquired if it might be possible to terminate given that in total I only used their hot desk 3 days. I also offered to pay anything between 1 to 3 months in full. The sales lady who originally sealed the deal hurriedly told me to speak to the office manager instead, when I called her. It seemed like she did not want to speak to me. The office manager was reasonable and says she will speak to one of her sales person called Audrey to see if possible to get early termination, and not having to pay the full 6 months. She also offered for me to bring other people in instead of cancelling. However, these are not really practical solutions for me as I just needed somewhere I can work and be productive. Bringing people in to use the facilities is not what I have time for. She told me in the end her sales director wanted to charge in full the 6 months despite me using their hot desk only 3 days. Frankly, I would not use them in future. Although the amount was paid out of my own pocket and significant to me, in the sales world, the amount paid is not much ($1,400) , but I supposed this might help meet her sales quota. They actually loose nothing as I was just hot desking. And bearing in mind, I offered to pay up to 3 months in full for 3 days use. The fact that they want to charge me 6 full months for 3 days use just leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. The terms are very inflexible and non negotiable. Other providers like Coworkspace are better and more flexible. (I did not sign up with them for the record, as my main problem was not being able to access my corporate systems). If I ever want to use a Coworking space for business's needs in future, I won't be using ServCorp for sure. This is my own experience and others may experience differently (hopefully better than mine) In business , you prosper when you serve your customers and build long term relationships. This does not seem to be the case here.

AVOID THIS PLACE & PEOPLE – poor experience at Servcorp Six Battery

AVOID THIS PLACE – we had a bad experience at Servcorp Six Battery. Staff attempted to manipulatively extend contract timeframe in spite of clear cancellation notice given upon signing through manipulating auto-renewal notice clauses. Subsequently center manager and her area manager even threatened legal action. Only after action to have a lawyer band multiple past customers in a collective class-action lawsuit against Servcorp was the situation resolved.
