Charge you at the start and for 30 days you have 0 coverage. So you will paying double the monthly fee before any coverage begins. Very different from other models. Also when I did put in a claim, took 5 days just to schedule something. Lot of work to be done on the app.
Communication was excellent from the first inquiry until everything was completed. Highly satisfied with the service.
My experience with Gary was great! He was very helpful in giving me a great deal on my coverage with everything in my house and was very knowable about the plan which was best suited for my needs.
I feel that I was lied to about the urgency of buying a service agreement before the end of the work day, which was about 30 minutes. I felt pressured to buy now, even though I stated I was not comfortable with rushing into this commitment. I want this agreement cancelled and any monies that were placed on my credit card to be refunded immediately. Thank you, Roxlyn Miller I am so sorry that I did this.
You people are not easy to get ahold of, I’ve already spoken to one person on cancellation and the money hast gone back into my account
I signed & paid for a 6 year plan which I feel was a very good deal. It was quick and easy. The agent I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and gave me an overview of all that the plan covered.
I took advantage of your great 50% savings and 5 year payment plan that covers all of my warranty concerns. It was presented in a very straitforward and professional way.

I found out your company is a fraud. There were almost as many 1 stars as 5 stars in your review. I read what you did to people & I don't like it one bit. Your salesman was a smooth talker, telling me what I wanted to hear. I want to cancel but I did not receive the paperwork he said he was sending to my email so if I wanted to cancel after talking to my husband. Please send that information ASAP!!!

Almost impossible to contact a live person. From their site or your page they don't give you a way to contact them. Help site is a joke if you have questions or problems. I had to contact another company to come out to replace my AC blower motor at a tune of over $1500. I have been paying Service Plus for almost 1 year, 1st claim needed, 0 help. Trying to cancel my account was a trial all unto it's self. Save your money, don't give it away to this worthless company.
