I've had an inoperable microwave since feb/mar and no one has fixed it yet despite paying thousands of dollars for their warranties on other homes. Plus my rental has a dishwasher problem that no one has addressed as of today, despite calling them 10 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF????????????????????
This service has always been great even after they got bought out by service plus since 2020 they replaced a fridge they repaired my washer dryer combo and they installed me a new water heater all brand new and high quality brand if you were interested in getting in with service plus I would recommend everyone would give 10 stars if I could best warranty company I have ever had.
I would recommend this service to anyone who has a home big or small they have a Ridiculously fast system to get repairs done and claims are easy to make either online or I personally use my representative Henry to make my claims as he is always available and willing to help my needs either if i am looking for a faster reimbursement or a emergency technician for a job I was told by a friend about this company a while back and thought all warranties were a scam but I have been proven wrong and I even purchased other policies for my homes in Florida and Las vegas as well as in Maine as these i rent out to people on holiday so having this at a very reasonable rate as well this costs me less then $5 per day to cover all of my homes with 2 of them having a pool and another having a Well pump added on so again this is worth is service is fantastic and prices are very affordable for anyone I hope you see this review and it gives you faith in your decision of getting service from service plus. 5 star. And also i used my own technician once and they reimbursed me in full $850 for parts and labor.
Just purchased the home warranty and the online experience was great. Easy to navigate and very clear to understand and make the appropriate choices for my home needs. Great discount for first time buyers. Now I have peace of mind that if I ever need to use it, it is there and I have quick access to it.
