SHOCKING SERVICE! Ordered an incorrect size t-shirt and despite offering to return (at my own cost) for an exchange was told a pre-printed item was in fact bespoke and couldn't be exchanged. After further sensible conversations I was told I could actually return for a store credit, only be told I needed to return the t-shirt to the USA (from the UK), for an item supplied from the UK in the frst place. Rubbish.
I bought a mug with a design on it. I received the mug, but there was no pattern. I contacted them several times to report the issue. I got a reply once saying they would send me another one. As I still hadn't received my new mug, I had to follow up with them several times more firmly and finally received the mug that matched my order.
I only gave them one star, because you can't give less. I bought an item and they still have not responded 9 days later, and will not answer messages or return phone calls. Below zero on customer service, and I can't rate the product, because they won't send it to me.
Ordered a Hawaiian shirt start of August for the 15th, in plenty of time, messaged a few times for tracking updates, they hadn't given it to royal mail until after the 15th then arrived within 48 hrs. Awful company.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no reason what so ever to order from this company. You will not receive your item.
I have never written a negative review before but feel compelled to let others know that the customer service end of this business is dreadful. I never received my order so contacted the company several times via email and voicemails. They took my money, I never received the product, and I haven't heard from them since.
If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Nothing wrong with the product but customer service sucks. I called them three times to try and set up a return, never heard back.
Took a very long time to receive product and the coffee mug I ordered was supposed to have writing and a paragraph on it and it came blank I sent message to ask what we could do to fix problem and never got a response
I wanted to return the item I purchased. I understood the return policy. All I got was the run around and never received the "RMA" from Seseable that they were to provide to me. I needed the "RMA" to initiate my return. Seseable did nothing but ignore my requests. At one point, they said they recognized my request to return the item, and would get back to me to facilitate the return. They never got back to me at all. Avoid doing any business with this company!
Bought this for my daughter & she absolutely loves it, she wears it all the time!!

Bought 2 pairs of smart glasses from this company. Opened them and started using the smart glasses, but nowhere in the add was the fact that I would have to pay a Chinese company $1.60 to $6.00 a month to use the translation portion of the glasses. Never would have bought them knowing I would be giving my credit card info and money directly to a Chinese bank. Stay as far away from this company as you can get. I'm now stuck with 2 pairs if smart glasses I can't use.

I would strongly suggest not to buy anything from this site. The product is cheap, the sizing is completely off and don't try to return or exchange anything, you will only get 50% of your purchase back plus you have to pay for shipping. Live and learn.

I contacted customer service about the print of the shirts being completely off centered. I sent a pic of the item and the company keeps coming back asking for more picture. We paid over 80 for 3 shirts that run big and terrible quality with crooked logos. Cant even wear them to nursing school they look so bad. Vwey disappointed
