Business Policy = Client is King

David’s customer service is top-notch! I was looking to buy a pair of Yeezy RNNR and eventhough I had spontaneously decided to buy them on a Sunday when the business isn’t open, David he managed to hook me up on the spot. Even going so far as to leave his family lunch just to drive to my place and drop off the shoes personally. 100% would recommend getting you next cop from him, this is how business should be done!

Exceptional Customer Service

I recently had an issue with the sizing of my shoes from SevenKL, but their exceptional customer service quickly resolved the problem. They arranged for an exchange to ensure I received the correct size and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the initial confusion, I am highly impressed with SevenKL's dedication to their customers and would give them a 5-star rating. If you're looking for a company that values its customers and provides excellent service, I highly recommend SevenKL for all your sneaker needs.

Really helpful with the sizing…

Really helpful with the sizing recommendations and fast service too! Was in a rush for a pair (ready stock) and got it immediately on the same day. Kudos to Seventy Lifestyle!

Fast, friendly and well priced

Friendly staff who communicated over WhatsApp to advice on the availability and sizing options for me (as it was an entirely online purchase). Received item within 2 days of order and came perfect. Competitive pricing VS other limited edition sneaker retailers in Malaysia

Process review

From making the order to payment and receiving my sneakers was very smooth. Good job, my first purchase :) Fast and easy to buy

Sevenkl.com fast delivery

I did not expect an online purchase from Sevenkl.com to be delivered 2.5 hours after payment. Very good customer service throughout the process with my initial request to be sent on the next working day and received within hours instead. Thank you so much sevenkl.com.
