I first checked that I was not talking to an AI robot. Then I had to make a size exchange. It was very easy to do as they are in Utah not someplace on China. Orders get to me quickly in Arizona. I did have to shorten hems as I am so short. I thought it was just that I had gained a few pounds so I ordered the Large size and returned the Medium. Since then I read a review that said their sizes run small. This is true!! Their customer service is very helpful and they have good sales! The only thing is their weird size chart. A Med. does not have a 14.5" waist ! Where they get their numbers for the chart is a mystery. Never saw one like that before! Love the feel of the polyester! Very happy with the company otherwise!

I had questions about the 3 piece travel set and initiated a conversation using the Chat button on Facebook. Debbie responded immediately and was extremely helpful and receptive to my feedback about adding a petite size in navy, I hesitate to order anything through Facebook, but the excellent, timely customer service and openness to suggestions instilled confidence in this company and I look forward to ordering from them soon.

Knowing that there is such fantastic Customer Service makes me want to buy again again again again especially considering the product is so fantastic! That 3 piece set is beyond! I must say though that even if there’s a fantastic product, I wouldn’t buy if the customer service was bad… So Sommer did great just insured that you have a regular customer here!
