Debbie was so kind. She made it easy to return my essential outfit, which doesn't fit right. There are so many people these days that don't seem to care about helping customers and Debbie was just the opposite-I had the sense of her wanting to make it as easy and convenient as possible. I do sales, myself, for a service I provide and, in my opinion, great customer service is also very smart business. I'm new to buying from this company and absolutely love their 3 piece essentials! (and will probably buy more of them) I could be a life long customer and Debbie's kind and solution-oriented way of working with me is building a very positive image for me of the SexyModest brand. No matter how much I like a product, if the customer service is bad, I often won't buy from that company, again, after losing trust that I'll be helped properly. Debbie actually made my day!

I placed an order for a couple of items through the website. The quality was great however I’m a little heavier chested so that extra large was a little snug. IF they had a 2X I would’ve exchanged it. I contacted Debbie and she was able to process my refund in a timely manner and share my desire that they offer larger size sizes. I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service.
Great Customer Service
I received my order and one of the garments had a pocket that was not connected completely. I received it on 7/27/26 and Sommer helped me quickly arrange for a return and replacement in only 2 days! I call that GREAT customer service. Oh, and I also love my clothes! They fit perfect.

5 stars to the customer svc team!
I'm giving 5 stars to the customer service team who were very responsive and helpful when I had to do an exchange because of an issue with my original order. Debbie, the CSM on chat, was very helpful, making sure I received the proper credit when I finalized my exchange order. However, the return window is VERY SHORT and somewhat annoying because after a couple of days you only get store credit, not a refund to your credit card and the whole process seemed more complicated than necessary. But thanks to Debbie we got it accomplished.
