CANADIANS BEWARE
CANADIANS BEWARE: I am petite but saw the laces can adjust. The boots arrived with leg portion absolutely huge (6" extra material at my calves), like too large even for my 6' tall partner with massive calves. Lacing up makes no difference. They flop around unlike the photos. I went to return but learned Canadians cannot do returns (something not mentioned at the time of purchase). I saw their "100% SATISFACTION AND PEACE OF MIND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE" which is why I bought here, but SATISFACTION AND PEACE OF MIND does not apply to customers outside the USA and my returns were automatically rejected by their system.

Bait and Switch...
Order a pair of shoes and used the discount code. Two weeks later I still had not received them. Contacted customer service and found out they no long had that style. They tried to substitute some other shoe. After an hour on the phone I finally got them to issue a refund. I am guessing they actually had no plans on shipping the original shoe or giving a refund. Maybe they thought I would just forget about a hundred dollar pair of shoes. Very shady...
I really like this company. They ship quickly, offer affordable package protection, and always have promos. I mostly love how fast their shoes arrive because I’m so excited for my orders!
I ordered boots, shipment to Brussels Belgium. The helpdesk is very quick in answering and it took them only 11 businessdays to deliver. The boots are PERFECT!!! I highly recommend this site. Happy customer here :)
I ordered multiple items over the holiday season. One item did not arrive but customer service was extremely helpful and responsive and got me my item very quickly after identifying the reason why it did not arrive.
Great service. Product actually arrived! Quality looks good. Took awhile but was delivered within communicated time frames

Fast shipping!
Great communication and fast shipping. Product was as ordered. The website navigation and ordering process were simple and straightforward. Keep up the good work!
They have the best selection of quality lingerie and shoes on the internet, period. The customer rewards program is hands down the best I have come across, and I do all my shopping online. Shipping is fast and the the only time I have had use coustomer service, they were super helpful and quick to respond. I found them a few years ago and soooo glad I did. Competitive pricing but amazing sales for memebers only, and not to mention the grab bag deals. You wont be disappointed. My #1 site for everything sexy!

Well Done!
My order was delivered in a timely fashion, with all items arriving exactly as I ordered. It was a flawless, and pleasant online shopping experience!
Thighs & calves waaaaayyyy too big falls down over my knee pads on stage. (I’m an average size woman.) & Toes do NOT curve up like in picture either. I’ll stick to pleasures. Annoyed.
