Bate and switch requiring direct bank info, otherwise charges a fee for credit card payments. No customer support or resolution for cancelled/refunded orders. Borderline scam company.

Don’t believe all the bells and whistles. The extension thru Safari, they will give you 10 reasons why you won’t qualify like oh you didn’t activate it knowing you did. Also when their app fails to give the correct amount of points when doing surveys, believe me when I say they will not even respond to the problem. They will just say it’s escalated and then never hear anything back about it. It’s junk customer service at best. I appreciate the money help but that’s it. EDIT: Truly love how they say they want to assist me but I have so many emails on this subject and them not assisting me but they can blame me real fast. No thank you, no longer playing an email game with Sezzle!!

Sezzle is a great buy now pay later app. With multiple options to earn sezzle cash which can be used to pay for any purchase. With just about every store you can think of to shop. Excellent job Sezzle!

They will charge unnecessary fees, keep your debit card hostage to where you can’t remove it and charge different amounts every payment. They received way more money from me than what I agreed to. I would never use this company, a bunch of thieves!

Out of all these split pay apps this one is probably the top since they actually keep raising the spend limit with responsible use and paying off the balance earlier. It has every store you would buy from. Makes getting things you want easier for the average person as well.

They help you when your credit score not good but you are working on it Down payments are high but if short payday you can reschedule a payment or two and that is better than being late when they look at your credit score would recommend to anyone

I've never had a problem with Sezzle, and I've never been denied. It is a bit confusing because they removed the ability to pay by debit card on your subsequent payments to you either have to load up a "Sezzle Balance" or have a bank withdraw that can take 4-5 days. Unfortunately I had a problem tonight where I paid into my Sezzle Balance to pay off my biweekly payments but it had already taken a couple out of my bank account. Unfortunately they were some of the larger transactions and I was very upset. Upon contacting customer support they let me know that I was just a few minutes late on a couple payments. I was doing my bills at about 12:20 am and the payment was due the previous day so I paid in an extra 160 that I didn't need to and it will come out of my bank... I can't use my Sezzle Balance to make downpayments on a virtual card which I wish they would change, but I'm leaving this 5 star review because I pay a subscription plan that gives me extra "premium" Customer Service.... I'm assuming faster, maybe more lenient, but this time I just used the regular chat support. I have to say I received some of the best customer service I've ever gotten from a company. I can't say if it was standard or I had an extra special support person but they were so kind, and understanding even though they couldn't solve my problem because once a bank transfer is initiated there is no way to stop it. Be careful usinng pay in 4 platforms but if you're going to use one Sezzle is your spot!
