I was expecting a package 5-10 working days as stated on an invoice. I’ve just received tracking instructions that this will arrive in 7 days, 10 days after purchase. So it’ll be a month before I actually see it. Do better
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SGAN LLC! I bought two pairs of pants that were advertised as being "for tall men". I'm 6'6" and the pant leg barely goes past my knee! I've sent multiple emails asking how to return them and get a refund, NO RESPONSE. My advice is to save your money.
First order, looked at the SIZING CHART and ordered a 6xl. Received a 6xl. Loved it, everything fit perfectly because I looked at the chart and ordered based on the posted measurements. Second order, ordered 2 the same thing in a different color, same size as I know that the 6xl fits (see my first order). They sent an 8xl. When I contacted them via email, they stated that it was standard practice for their warehouse staff to sent out two sizes larger as they are "Asian Sizes" and just to try it on as it will probably fit. I am still arguing with them as to how to return the order, as the mistake was entirely theirs, so I refuse to ship them all the way BACK TO CHINA on my dime. Also, if you are going to ignore sizing, why have a size chart????
