I bought a body and three bras. All of nice materials. My daughter has the same body, but unfortunately my torso is shorter and my bust smaller than the actual cut. So I had to request a return label for only one piece. But the packaging is nice, and the material is very good.

I am very disappointed about this bra. This review is long, but ladies, please read and save some money. Okay to start off, the material is absolute garbage. And I mean HORRIBLE. it is super thin, weak, support - less elasticy legging material. What on earth? I am a38 DD-DDD and I need support. This bra gives none. Isn't that what bras are for? I bought this bra because I wanted a full coverage to smooth out my back, and this one actually is full coverage, so that's one of the stars. The other is because the bra is mostly comfy too sleep in... except the fact that because it has no support, the bra is being pulled down on me, digging the straps into my shoulders in the worst way. It is miserable. They also slide off on the sides while they dig in. Yall know the feeling. Also, this is something I personally didn't like, the bra had no pads in it. I understand that's something a lot of girls didn't like, but I do, you should make them with removable pads instead. The bra is constantly sliding of me, rolling, it's so horrible. I ordered a 2x, but I am not like, covered in rolls. I needed a2x because of my cup size. This bra covers my bit of back fat until it slides down, then it enhances it. Just but a bra from Walmart for 6$. This isn't worth it. Maybe the push up versions are better, but I can't imagine it. What a waste of money.

Worst return procedures imaginable. They seem to make it very difficult to return items, probably hoping that you will give up. The reps I emailed with were just silly. Not paying any attention to the email chain. I would never recommend Shapellx.

The return process is slow and frustrating. It took five days just to receive a QR code to start the return, whereas other sites provide one within minutes. This really delayed getting the product sent back, especially when the policy states it must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
