I had my first two orders, the first one was a bit ill fitted, Shapellx said that i could keep that one and they would replace it with the correct size.
They also asked questions to make things work better.

My order confirmation stated that my package would be delivered by July 27. Today is August 3, the package hasn't been delivered yet, and the only tracking update still shows:
Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 – July 21, 2026, 12:08 PM
That is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted customer service, I was told:
"Regarding the shipping process, please kindly note that the package will first be sent to our warehouse in Naperville, Illinois, before it is forwarded to your address. During the transit from the factory to our warehouse, there will be no tracking updates available. Once the package arrives at our warehouse and is shipped out to you, the tracking information will be updated accordingly."
This is not what was represented during checkout. My order confirmation estimated delivery within seven days, and Shapellx repeatedly promotes "fast shipping" on its Facebook page. At no point was it disclosed that the package would first travel to an Illinois warehouse, with no tracking updates for an extended period, before being shipped to the customer.
If Shapellx knows this is its actual fulfillment process, why doesn't it disclose accurate shipping timelines before customers place an order instead of advertising delivery estimates it cannot meet? Presenting unrealistically short delivery times while omitting key information about the shipping process is misleading.
Had I known the true delivery timeline, I would never have placed this order because I needed the product by July 28. Instead, I made my purchase based on shipping information that appears to have been inaccurate.
I will be requesting a full refund.

The bras are beautiful and came very fast. The bras perfectly cover the back and side fat for a seamless look. My only problem is that the boning is killing me and the underside of the bra keeps rolling up. I suspect that has more to do with the top of my belly being big than any design issue. If the boning was not needed to keep its shape this would be perfect.

I really love this Shapewear. Once you get use to putting it on, it becomes rather easy and comfortable to wear. I would order again but would order the center zipper next time. I would also go down a size smaller. I ordered the 1x. The quality is also nice and soft. Very easy to maintain.
