I'm sorry you feel misled. We have done everything we can think of to ensure that you know that this music is digital. Even our company name and the motto under the logo indicate that this is digital sheet music.  We have a long paragraph about our company on our home page that explains that this is digital music.  You even have to click through a statement that you won't receive music in the mail on the Cart page. Since you get a pdf it's easy to email the music to a friend with a printer or you can send it to somewhere like FedEx Express or put it on a thumb drive and take it to the library to print. As for the light staff lines... It is likely that you used Firefox's built in pdf viewer. This app uses a fast, but inaccurate resizing algorithm that causes very thin lines (like staff lines) to disappear. If this is not the environment you are using to print, please let me know what you are using (system, browser, pdf viewer, printer) and I'll try to recreate the problem. I certainly don't understand why it was so hard to download the music. We send you a link in an email that when you click it gives you a menu of 4 options, a pdf, an mp3, a midi file, and an rms file which can be ignored. Click on the pdf to download it. I don't understand what you mean the final product is "not to size". It is laid out exactly the same way that printed versions almost always are and it is laid out so that it reaches the very edges of the paper so that it will give you the closest approximation to printed music, which is typical published on slightly larger paper with much larger borders.

If you can think of some further way that you would have known about this before you purchased we'd love to hear it.

This guitar tab was done by Warner Brothers back in about 1973. Warner was well known for their accurate and well-written tabs and all of their music was okayed by the composer (Buffett in this case) or their agent. Assuming we put it up accurately, which we usually do, that's the way it was printed back then.
