I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience on our site. I'm surprised that you find our prices too high. We are either the same or lower than all the other legal sites. I see that you actually never created an account, which is pretty common. It's not necessary to create an account with us to get your music. The only reason to create an account is if you want to transpose the music or if you want to see a list of all of your previous orders.

I sent this reply to you: Unfortunately, that was how that piece was released in 1996 by Warner Bros. Sheet Music. The version we provide is what the composer has authorized for sheet music. In order to get the full score you usually need to get the entire play, which is extremely expensive. This is a fairly common practice for musical theater. In some cases the music wasn't complete when it entered production and so the last part might not have been written until later in the production process. At any rate, I've looked around and this is the only legal version available. We have it, Music Notes has it. There is a book that is available on Sheet Music Plus, but the "Stop, Time" song is only 3 pages long there, so it's undoubtedly the same version we have. I'm happy to give you a refund if you want it, but I don't think you'll find a version that is better. Let me know.

The last page of the checkout process has a download link on it. We also sent you an email with the subject "Purchase order# confirmed" that has the download link in it. please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox . In addition, if you have created an account (https://support.sheetmusicnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049165272-How-do-I-create-an-account) you can log in, click on "My account" (or the torso if you're on a device with a small screen) and a full list of your orders can be seen. You can download from this list. You can also transpose from this list if the piece is transposable. The only subscription we have is for a free email marketing newsletter that tells you about new or interesting products and provides you with occasional discount coupons. I do know that there are other sites (particularly Sheet Music Direct) that do have monthly subscriptions that cost on the order of $10. I'm sorry you feel misled. We have done everything we can think of to ensure that you know that this music is digital. Even our company name and the motto under the logo indicate that this is digital sheet music.  We have a long paragraph about our company on our home page that explains that this is digital music.  You even have to click through a statement that you won't receive music in the mail on the Cart page. Since you get a pdf it's easy to email the music to a friend with a printer or you can send it to somewhere like FedEx Express or put it on a thumb drive and take it to the library to print. I'm not sure what you mean by a "phone site".

The MP3 is available on that piece. When you click on the download link you should see a menu that has 4 different file links on it. The pdf is the top link, the mp3 is the second link, the rms is the third link (ignore this), and the midi file is the 4th link. Typically when you click on the MP3 or the MIDI file it will open in whatever app is the default on the device you are using. If you continue to have trouble getting these send an email to [email protected] and we'll give you more complete instructions.

It is likely that you used Firefox's built in pdf viewer. This app uses a fast, but inaccurate resizing algorithm that causes very thin lines (like staff lines) to disappear. If this is not the environment you are using to print, please let me know what you are using (system, browser, pdf viewer, printer) and I'll try to recreate the problem. I got your messages on May 30, all at about the same time. I immediately sent back a message to you pointing you to the this FAQ page that provides screen-by-screen instructions. And then I never heard from you again. https://support.sheetmusicnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012456312-How-do-I-transpose-the-music There are two places people sometimes have trouble: 1) You click on the "Download" link in the order list instead of the Order #. 2) You are working on a small screen device and the popup menu for setting up the transposition isn't seen on the screen. For this, scroll around until you find it. It's near the top of the page in the middle If none of this helps, send a message to [email protected]. Be sure to click on the "verify your email address" email that gets sent to you so that it doesn't fall into our spam folder. I look through these, but we get a fair amount of spam. Verifying your email address makes sure that any requests go to our Inbox.
