The people you are working with are complete frauds. They are previous baristas or photographers - no experience in lending or finance. Beware. Once you talk to them, they never stop hounding you. Have you looked at what they charge? Rates are not controlled by customary lending practices. It’s worse than loan sharks. Get away as fast as you can. RUN!!!!!

2 decades in business and 1000 five star reviews, but you cannot make everybody happy. If the credit and payment history on a file is poor there is no way to get prime rates. It takes time and history of good paying, very simple. There is no need to disparage the people helping you at no cost.
