Misinformation
Our representative was very professional and had excellent communication. The whole process was simple and straight forward. The major complaint was the misleading information about the actual transfer process. She repeatedly refer to it as a wire however it is an ach which is totally different. While a wire is instant or maybe up to 24 hours an ach can take up to 3 days. Because our transfer was coming up a day before a holiday this significant difference resulted in our funding not getting to our account within the 24 hours promised. While I understand that banks do what banks do, terminology matters and a wire is not an ach.

Dreams Do Come True
Had a great experience with Sheild Funding. I had a Rep named Max Ray and he said that he could make my dreams come true, at first I thought he just had a gift for gab, very persistent, but knew his work. It took me about 3-4 days because I was to busy to get him what he needed but if I had listened it probably would have been faster than that. Im not very techy and he held my hand all the way. If you need funding Max Ray is the one to ask for at Sheild Funding, he will get you the max no pun intended. If you need it now, dont wait. Now, I have a go to person, when i need funding. Thanks Max for not letting me give up on my dreams.
