Misinformation
Our representative was very professional and had excellent communication. The whole process was simple and straight forward. The major complaint was the misleading information about the actual transfer process. She repeatedly refer to it as a wire however it is an ach which is totally different. While a wire is instant or maybe up to 24 hours an ach can take up to 3 days. Because our transfer was coming up a day before a holiday this significant difference resulted in our funding not getting to our account within the 24 hours promised. While I understand that banks do what banks do, terminology matters and a wire is not an ach.
