Device arrived with corrosion of battery and terminal and would not work. Customer service arranged replacement unit. Sent and received in about five days. Product itself seems of good quality but have not had time to test it out yet.

Dear Tom, Thank you for your comment on this. I will talk with our logistic department to ensure that we do some extra inspection before shipping more of the same model. Some moisture must have entered the package during transportation.
