It was easy to do the purchase and the follow through delivery was excellent all the way to receiving the watch.
Great customer service
Entire process was smooth and simple. Erika did a great job with communicating the status of my order and even helped me make changes in a timely manner when I realized I made a mistake with my items (before they shipped, thankfully). Order arrived from Japan to Dallas in 5 days, and everything was great!
The seller you want to come back to
Before i made my purchase i wanted to find out some additional information so I contacted the support team via e-mail. They provided the best service possible, with very precise answers in a timely manner. The watch i ordered came in very well packaged. The seller made sure nothing can damage it during the shipping. I also found a beautiful postcard inside the box along with my order. It is s small thing but tells a lot about the seller, how they appreciate their customers and the way they prefer to run the business. Will definitely order again.
Satisfied with the transaction all aspects.
Satisfied with the transaction all aspects. Excellent price (the tariff is outside SIJ's control) fair shipping cost, fast delivery, properly packed, excellent frequent communication and of course, the watch is exactly what I ordered, as described. Hard-to-find item, I am pleased SIJ offered this watch.

Fantastic source for Seiko watches — highly recommend!
As a watch enthusiast and fan of Japanese watches, finding Shopping in Japan NET was a game changer. Being an authorized dealer for Seiko, they carry an impressive rare models that most US domestic retailers simply don't stock and only in Japan model. What really sets them apart is that they actually deliver on their promises. They advertise 72-hour shipping, and that's exactly what you get — every time. For an overseas retailer, that kind of reliability and consistency is rare and genuinely impressive. I'm still early in my experience with them, but I can already say — if you're serious about Japanese watches and want access to models beyond what your local store carries, look no further. Anytime I come across a Japanese watch I'm interested in, this will be my first stop. Can't wait to see what I add to the collection next.
Great service, super fast shipping. Item as described.
This is my first time order a watch at ShoppinginJapan.net. Erika was in contact with me to answer all my question and the watch arrived earlier than expected, with a little extra gift from Japan. The watch is as advertised, the packing is secured, the shipping was super fast. Couldn't be happier with my order. I definitely recommend this shop. Thank you!
