Both watches were brand new in factory packaging and unavailable in the U.S. For a Seiko fan, the ability to purchase JDM watches from a reliable and trustworthy seller is fantastic. Shopping in Japan is an absolutely awesome shop and Erika ist the Queen of Customer Support and Communication. The overall experience was pure pleasure. I bought two watches from them in a span of a month and I never expected such great quality of the service. Both watches arrived from Japan withing 6 days of the order (Japan Post), were superbly packed and the packages were full of unexpected goodies. Great selection, fast and friendly support
Amazing customer service and products. Erika was kind and helpful in the whole process. I did not expect to receive a thank you email when I placed the order. She was helpful in answering my questions. Selection of watches are great at a reasonable price. I am glad I stumbled across this site as someone who lives in Australia its very difficult to find a good range of selection locally. Packaging and shipping was great and very quick. It took less than 5 days with standard international express. I will definetly be a returning customer.

Erika of SIJ was in contact with me the whole time from the moment I purchased the watch until the day it arrived. she kept me in the loop and aware of the shipping process from Japan all the way to Hawaii. it arrived rather quickly via DHS with the delivery person hand delivering it to me. it was an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to buy again from SIJ. customer service was outstanding.
