The prints came out darker where much of the detail was missing. I've adjusted the brightness of the other posters I plan to have printed. **UPDATE* a member of Shortrunposters team reached out to me and offered to resolve the issue and reprint my posters so that was excellent customer service. I'll update the review once again when I receive the updated posters.

Thanks for reaching out. Sometimes what you see on your monitor will not match what is printed - this is due to possible calibration differences in your screen or monitor compared to our calibration process on press. We run daily calibrations to ensure accuracy and consistency with our printing. Our staff is dedicated to making sure we are always on target.

Impressed with the Quality!
I am an amateur photographer and have been printing custom images for years. A friend suggested I try shortrunposters.com and since the price was so much lower than other sites, I figured I had nothing to lose. I assumed that the quality would be a bit less, but for the price, who could complain? I was wrong about the quality! It is a really true, deep colored image on good matte (my preference) paper. I am so impressed. I framed 5 or 6 (in the 18" x 24" size) of them and they look amazing! I'll definitely be a regular customer. Highly recommend!
