Of course, you would not receive anything from us: 1- You have never placed an order. 2- You are based in the UK 3- We do not serve clients in the UK or ship there. 4- If you feel wronged, just call your CC provider and dispute the charge. This is how we do it in the US to deal with scammers. May you ought to start doing things like that in the UK.
