I received my order before its delivery date. I like how they allow customers to preview their items before printing and shipping. They made adjustments to my items which were perfect, and I had an option to approve or disapprove of the changes.

I'm very happy with my sign
I'm very happy with my sign. It looks amazing. It was a very easy process to have it designed and shipped. The original was damaged in shipping, but they replaced it very quickly. Customer service is very good. I will definitely use Signs.com again.

Signs.com provided exactly what I asked for, very quickly, at a very reasonable price. I liked the automation for design on the site, and I liked the interaction with reps on proof design. A great experiece.
By far the best company for magnetic signs
I originally tried to order the magnetic signs from VistaPrint. Their process is completely screwed up, and after an hour texting with an 'agent' I gave up. ChatGPT said I should try signs.com. Wow! The difference was incredible. I already had the artwork ready, so I was done in five minutes! And two days later, the new magnetic signs are on my car and look AWESOME! I will not be returning to that other company for my signs - Signs.com is a keeper!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I had a big deadline on the project. Paid for expedited shipping. And then the products were shipped to somebody else. I asked for a solution to maybe have your company partner with someone locally so that I could still get my project on time. And I was not given a solution. I was just given an apology. And so I had to find another company which I’m glad I did to make this happen for me. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I was offered no solution. Just a simple sorry.

We had our own image and could not make…
We had our own image and could not make it work for the banner we needed. Sent to the design team and they made it work perfect and the design fee was taken off our bill.
Turnaround time was good, but...
Turnaround time was good. To me, the ordering platform was clunky and confusing. I ordered 11 banners, but originally only one was shipped. When I called for clarification, I was told the printer was unsure of the image quality. No one informed me of the delay, I had to call myself.
