I bought an M59AS directly from their website. I’m 1.83 m tall and weigh 85 kg, so apparently I’ve accidentally exceeded the design specifications for the average human being. Let’s start with the seat height. To get my knees anywhere near a 90° angle, I have to raise the chair almost all the way up. Problem solved — except that after about an hour my knees start hurting badly. Ergonomics, apparently, is a game of choosing which body part you’d like to sacrifice first. The backrest is another interesting design choice. It locks in exactly one position: perfectly upright. Want to recline a little and lock it there? Absolutely not. Freedom is overrated. There is supposedly some way to adjust the backrest tension, but discovering how is left as an intellectual challenge for the customer. The included instructions explain how to assemble the chair and then apparently assume that operating it should be self-evident. The mesh seat is impressively hard. If the goal was to reproduce the comfort of sitting on a park bench while technically using fabric, mission accomplished. The lumbar support works reasonably well, provided you sit perfectly upright like you’re posing for a passport photo. And then we get to the masterpiece: the armrests. They are so short that actually resting your elbows on them requires moving your entire upper body right up against the desk. I assume they were designed mainly for people with unusually short forearms. To be fair, there are positives. The materials feel solid, assembly is genuinely easy, and delivery was fast and precise. Unfortunately, none of that makes the chair comfortable. So, after spending around €200, I’ve ended up with a very well-built, very efficiently delivered device for making me appreciate my previous chair. Maybe the more expensive models are better. The M59AS, however, is one I would happily recommend avoiding.
Missing pieces, Dirty and Ripped apart
Terribly unprofessional company & a scam. Bought their SIHOO M57 ergonomic chair brand new and the package came like had been used and torn apart. Inside screws and pieces of the chair were floating around the box. Inside the package there were multiple pieces missing leaving it impossible to build the chair. It came with an extra wheel that clearly didn't belong to the chair. The wheels had dirt inside them like they had been used for years. Don't buy from this company I don't recommend!

Sihoo M18 - great chair, even better support
I bought a Sihoo M18 chair in 2021 and have been very happy with it. Provides great support. The only issue I had was that the armrests cracked over the years but the company replaced them free of charge. Everything else about the chair has been excellent: great support, comfortable, and does everything you'd want from an office chair. The ultimate chair for office and gaming. I had the doro s300 for 2 years and compare to the other gaming chairs that i had in the past this is on another level. Built quality: excellent, aluminium everywhere and solid like a tank. Ergonomic: the entire project of this chair is to say goodbye to your back pain forever, and i can tell you that is true. You can adjust everything form the depth seat to the height of the armrest, you can incline them and put in the best position for all the occasion like: reading comics, gaming to your fav console or pc, or just scroll instagram comfier than ever. The lumbar support and the back support are amazing, the lumbar pads feel like they’re hugging you and the back support can easely adjusted for your high (btw I’m 190cm and i have no problem). The seat: it’s the best seat i’ve ever felt so far on a gaming chair, no sweat and comfy like a cloud under your butt cheeks. Great support from the vendor and fast response. I bought the Doro C300 and I loved everything with it. Working by the computer 8hours a day, and I can honestly say I have no issues sitting down the entire day. The customer service has also been awesome! Answers rather fast and they are always willing to help more if needed.

The chair exceeded my expectations - value is amazing. It is very well built, materials are great quality and it is perfectly comfortable. The chair was packed very well and instructions were clear enough for me to assemble it on my own easily and quickly. I had to use Sihoo's customer support for some damage I did myself and they were amazing - quick and very willing to help me, despite it not being an issue on their side. Happy to have purchased the chair, as I had read some already positive reviews and am amazed at how much better value it is than much more expensive chairs I tried in my local shops. Definitely would recommend!

Items lost in delivery, very slow customer service who say they've raised the issue with the equally unhelpful DPD when they haven't and I'm out £700 on missing items. Disappointing as I've used Sihoo before and like the products, but the customer service is absolutely non existent

My experience has been an absolute chain of negligence, false promises, and poor management: 1. Delayed Start: I placed my order on June 22, expecting professional handling. 2. The "Short Address" Excuse: They blamed a delay initially on a minor address issue, remaining completely silent without notifying me proactively. 3. The "Buyout" Tactic: Instead of solving the shipping delay, they tried to "silence" me with a 200 SAR partial refund without fixing the core issue. 4. Broken Guarantees: They explicitly promised in writing that my chair would be handed over to the courier on Monday, yet nothing happened. 5. Product Flaws & Disadvantages: Armrests (The Worst Flaw): Extremely loose and unstable. They shift side-to-side with the slightest pressure and fail to lock into a fixed position, completely ruining the working/typing experience. Best quality/price ratio of the market
I bought B100 Pro model last month in official Sihoo website. I receive it pretty quickly by postal colis, and i assembled it by myself with good video instructions in english. It missed some pieces, so customer service bring me it by complementary postal sending (they repay customs duties), and i contact them to get complementary instructions : i get a new video in few hours who perfectly help me ! In resume, i totally recommend to test their products because it's certainly the best quality/price ratio in actual office chair market.

I'm not satisfied with this chair at all. The biggest issue is the armrests. They're far too loose, so every time I move my arms, they shift position. They swivel inward and outward, as well as forward and backward, making it impossible to keep them in place. It's extremely annoying. Another major problem is the backrest tension. I'm a fairly big guy (130 kg), but that's still well below the chair's stated maximum weight capacity of 150 kg. Even so, I can't lean back slightly without the backrest reclining almost all the way unless I constantly brace myself. Since the tension can't be adjusted any further, this quickly becomes uncomfortable and leaves my back feeling tired. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this chair if you're a larger person. The rest of the chair is very good and the lumbar support and headrest is excellent, although I do wish the seat could be adjusted a little higher. I'm 190 cm tall, and even at its maximum height, the seat is still a few centimeters too low for me.
