I recently bought a chair for my grandson and it wasnt quite right . It seemed thete was a fault in the lumber support . I contacted customer services and they were so helpful , they identified the problem and wete going to send a replacement part out. However the part was unavailable and so i wasnt left waiting for more stock they are sending me a whole new chair . I also dont need to pay to return the faulty one . The whole team have been helpful , curteous and a please to deal with . Well recommended company

We have purchased several chairs for our production control rooms. The chairs are comfortable, look great, and have several support features that make those long days easier to sit through. We recently had to contact their support due to a caster breaking. Support was responsive and helped us resolve our issue.
Outstanding Company
I had a great experience with SIHOO's customer support and wanted to give them some well-deserved recognition. I've owned my SIHOO M57 office chair for several years, and recently the reclining/tilt mechanism finally broke. Since my chair was well outside of its warranty period, I contacted SIHOO hoping that I could simply purchase an original replacement mechanism from them. To my surprise, their support team offered to send me the original replacement part completely free of charge, despite the age of my chair and the fact that it was no longer under warranty. They just asked for a couple of photos to make sure they sent me the correct component. The replacement arrived, was exactly what I needed, and I was able to get my chair back up and running again. It's refreshing to have a company continue to support its customers years after a purchase instead of immediately telling them to buy a new product. Their customer service was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you to Shelley and the SIHOO Support Team for taking care of me. This experience definitely gives me confidence in purchasing from SIHOO again in the future. Highly recommended!

An excellent office chair and great customer service.
I had a Secretlabs Titan, but it was giving me severe leg pains, and so after some research I decided on a replacement and bought the Doro C300 Pro V2. I'm very happy with the chair. It has an almost crazy amount of potential adjustments, and shifts and moves well with you. It also feels very good quality - sturdy materials and holds together very well once assembled. (Be aware it arrives in two packages and they may not necessarily arrive on the same day due to logistics.) The customer service has been excellent, too. I'm 6ft tall, and so found the chair is very slightly low for me to be fully comfortable, so I contacted Sihoo about this and they sent me a taller gas cylinder to help with this. Unfortunately the chair is SO well put together that I can't get the existing cylinder out of the connector that the legs attach to, but their customer service has stepped up again and are sending me a new one of those as well, so I can't fault them for their responsiveness and willingness to help.

I had an excellent experience with SIHOO, both with the product itself and with their customer support. I purchased the Doro C300 Pro V2 and I am very satisfied with the chair. The whole ordering process was smooth, including B2B invoicing and VAT handling for my European company. What impressed me the most, however, was their customer service. I made a mistake with my original order, but their support team was extremely understanding, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to find the best possible solution for me, even though the issue was caused by my own mistake. Communication was fast, friendly, clear, and professional throughout the entire process. They genuinely made an effort to help instead of simply referring me to standard policies. This kind of customer support is quite rare these days and definitely deserves recognition. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend SIHOO.
Best comfort per dollar chair I’ve used.
Spent a bunch of time looking for chairs with solid lumbar support and decided to go with the Sihoo Doro c300 pro v2 and I’m pretty impressed. I bought it because it offers a lot of ergonomic adjustment for the $400–$500 price range. The lumbar support is definitely the standout feature for me. I’ve usually found lumbar support on chairs disappointing, but this one adjusts exactly where I need it and moves with me when I change position. I no longer need a pillow behind my back, and I’m not finishing my workdays with back pain anymore. I’m also normally not a fan of reclining, but the moving lumbar support makes it genuinely useful since I don’t have to readjust everything when I lean forward or back. It took some time to dial in all the adjustments, especially the seat position. The armrests are also slightly different in height, but less than an inch and only noticeable because of how they line up with my desk. It isn’t an issue for me. My experience with their customer support has me pretty confident that they would fix it if it were though. I also really like the armrests and the little adjustable back pads. They seem pretty useless at first, but they’re surprisingly useful when reclining and holding your phone. And you can angle them in pretty much any direction you’d want, which has been useful for me avoiding having them hit my desk when I want to sit at attention. They do move a little easier than I’d like, but there’s still enough of a lock in place that I don’t have to fight with it. Overall, easily the best chair I could hope for at this price.

I’ve had a very positive experience with SIHOO, both with the chair itself and their customer support. The chair has been extremely comfortable and has held up well with regular use. When the armrest pads became damaged, I contacted SIHOO support. Although I no longer had the original order number or proof of purchase, their team was understanding and kindly offered to send replacement armrest pads free of charge. The support team were polite, helpful and clear throughout the process. I really appreciate them going beyond what I expected to help resolve the issue. Very impressed with both the product and the customer service.
These chairs are engineering marvels!
I bought my Sihoo C300 2 years ago and love it. We had a little problem with the seat mesh recently, contacted Sihoo and they were fantastic and responsive and arranged to replace the seat. It arrived a week later!! Nothing but admiration for this Company, would definitely buy from them again. The engineering in these chairs is amazing! And the service can't be faulted. Do your back a favour and buy one!

I have had a chair for almost 5 years and it's still the comfiest chair. I have recommended my chair to my friends when I got it and they got one too, all of them still have it and enjoy using it. It's an investment but it's worth it! In my use, I have changed the gas puston once and now I have a longer one as the original one was supposed to stay extended to the max to reach a comfortable position for me. It still has no creacks or noises and I find that amazing.

Very happy with my SIHOO Doro C300 Pro V2. The chair is very comfortable, supportive, and works really well for long periods of sitting. I later wanted to add the original footrest, and SIHOO’s support team really went above and beyond to accommodate my request. The footrest fits perfectly and makes the chair even more comfortable. Great product, excellent support, and a very positive overall experience.

We ordered two Sihoo V2 chairs and had a very positive experience overall. The delivery process was smooth, tracking worked well, and both chairs arrived well packaged and protected. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were clear. We did have a small issue with one of the parts, but the customer support team handled it quickly and professionally. Communication was very polite and pleasant, and they arranged a replacement without any unnecessary complications. Overall, we are very happy with both the product and the level of customer service.
Zero Customer Service, No Product shipped
Everything about this chair seemed appealing until their claims about shipping times, etc., proved false. Do your research because once you start digging, you will realize that they do NOT ship on time. They also will ignore you when you ask to cancel the order. Many complain that the materials are cheap, that the arms move too much, and that once you have the chair, no customer service is offered in terms of returns, parts replacements, or, especially in my case, cancellations. I have had to file a chargeback. They seem like a scam company. Edit to add: I never got a response to my four requests to cancel (in fact, still a week later, I still haven't), yet when I left my review, what do you know, they wanted more information. Do not purchase.

I had a Little problem with my order but the support team was really great to help me and It sent me the replacement parts that I asked for my chair. A refund was also done in few days due to a shipment from China. I really apreciated their help and understand my requests in a vacations period as well. Thanks!
Spare parts
I got a Sihoo chair from a friend, the plastic holders on the backrest were broken. I was sorry to throw the chair away. So I contacted customer service to see if they would sell me new backrest holders. They called me back immediately and asked me to send them photos of the broken holders. After making arrangements, they sent me a whole new backrest for free. I simply replaced the new backrest and the chair continues to work great. Petr K.
