I had an excellent experience with SIHOO, both with the product itself and with their customer support. I purchased the Doro C300 Pro V2 and I am very satisfied with the chair. The whole ordering process was smooth, including B2B invoicing and VAT handling for my European company. What impressed me the most, however, was their customer service.
