Silencer Central (Sioux Falls

Silencer Central (Sioux Falls, SD 57104) is run by liars and thieves, and the forms you are required to fill out, which lack adequate space for info and are vague and misleading, allows the Feds to reject your application for the most trivial of reasons, like a minor clerical error. Also, you can't find out one thing about the process until you give them your money, and by the time you realize that doing business with them was a mistake, it's too late!... A mistake because, even if you cancel your order immediately, they are going to keep $200, or 25% of your money, which ever is greater... In my case, they are going to keep over $400 of my money, for doing NOTHING, admitting it might take up to 40 DAYS to get my money back, and probably in check form... NOT back to my card!... And that's their con game... They make lots of money whether your application is processed, or not... So, they could care less about any of it, most likely preferring that the contrived and misleading application is rejected, leaving them free to move on and steal from the next naive and well intended customer... Silencer Shop out of Texas is the exact same way, using your money to keep their business afloat, while doing absolutely nothing to earn it!... Finally, they won't use your FFL, which leads me to believe government kick-backs are involved...You've been warned!...

Misleading

As a first-time customer, my experience with Silencer Central has been extremely disappointing. The salesman upsold me on a high-priced suppressor by emphasizing “free promotions,” but failed to disclose that the purchase would not be eligible when using my voucher. That crucial detail was conveniently left out until after my credit card had already been charged. What makes this worse is their absurd cancellation policy. Despite no paperwork being filed, no serial numbers assigned, and no ATF process started, they still insist on charging a $200 cancellation fee—for essentially doing nothing beyond processing a payment. When I contacted customer service to explain the situation and express my dissatisfaction, they were completely unwilling to compromise or offer any reasonable solution. There was no accountability for the misleading sales tactics, just rigid policy enforcement. For a company operating in a highly regulated and expensive market, transparency and customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, Silencer Central showed neither. I would strongly caution anyone—especially first-time buyers— from shopping with Silencer Central.

3rd suppressor 2nd from silencer central

This is my 3rd suppressor and 2nd from silencer central. I’m close to the 2nd one being shipped to me …i bought the first one from one of their competitors . Silencer central is the only way to go in my honest opinion. They make the complicated process easy for the buyer and without the grief i experienced with their competitor. after buying the first suppressor for rimfires i wouldn’t be without a suppressor by choice now . I intend to have at least 4 more & they will absolutely be purchased from silencer central . They’re great folks very patient and knowledgeable always available when i have questions I wish i had called them before buying the first one bc Im positive they would of steered me to a better deal buying a rimfire suppressor for my purpose’s which is what Im in the final process of getting…Im extremely happy with the Buck 30 I purchased from them 2 months ago I was shooting on my private steel range with my 300 blackout and full power loads today my range is 75 yards from the house in the past my wife grumbled when I shot lots of rounds today i asked if shooting 50 rounds bothered her she said she didn’t hear me shoot !!! Impressive
