Reid Dillinger has been our website Project Manager for several years. He is thorough, prompt and focuses on achieving results to our satisfaction. His most recent edit to our website was a video of the chrome trim we engraved on a 2025 SEMA SHOW Plymouth Roadrunner last November. I gave him the instructions on how to clip the video and he and his team added music that lined up perfectly with the transition in the video. I still occasionally click on it to watch when I have to make edits to our website. If you want to see the video of the SEMA car, you can see it on our Laser-Tronics website. If you want a Project Manager who makes the customer his first priority, look no further. Reid is your guy!

First let me say that I love my website. It is customizable and either Simple Biz can make the desired changes or my IT guy can make them. Customer service is easy to reach and responsive.
