I wish there was a -star. this company has taken my money for several years now with no updates that I requested or return emails or calls. Worst company I have ever dealt with. have only stayed with them this long so that my legal staff can put the documentation together of how badly i have been treated. they keep raising their price and LOWERING the service. I have been pasted from person to person to get my requests completed but each one says that my project has been moved to someone else. As for my "Date of Experience" your asking for - it has been going on for years AND TODAY THEY DID IT AGAIN - NO RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL OR A CHAT OR A PHONE MESSAGE.
