Updating Server
I was struggling very hard trying to update my server to the latest BMC4 ModPack and I was luckily given Dylan for assistance. He smoothly guided me step by step better than guides actually provided in the Simple Host Website. He patiently sat in chat with me for almost an hour, helping me through every step. On top of that he manually set my server BMC4 version 60. I give Dylan all the props.

I have forgotten about a purchase I had made for a server and was charged $60. I contacted customer service and they caught me so offguard that I got a response instantly and it was resolved instantly within five minutes.
