While SimpleGames may not be the cheapest server host out there, it's by far the most bang for your buck if you're new to hosting. Their customer service is second to none, there hasn't been a single problem I've encountered that Elijah hasn't been able to help me solve. My friends and I have hosted multiple modded servers and have run into a ton of issues like compatibility, conflicting versions, and just general modding questions. I consider myself fairly experienced, and its definitely easier than it used to be, but I and many others still run into problems. The SimpleGames team has always been extremely helpful ironing out any kinks to get you back on track and playing the game. Elijah and others on the team are exactly what I needed and I wanted to say they're always gonna be the reason I continue to use and recommend SimpleGames for hosting.

I Had an issue with updating the server and downloading it, I had no clue how to do it, NIKOLA was very clear and helpful and managed to help me threw the issue, at the same time they were very clear and guiding and it didn't take more then 5 minutes, to fix the problem from my side after following the steps, provided by NIKOLA while they were waiting for me patiently to give a feedback regarding the steps and if the issue was resolved or not.

I sent $60 to these guys after it said I had an unpiad invoice, I've paid it like 3 times and everytime it says transaction failure but it takes the money out of my bank account and sends it to them. This website feels like a scam honestly and the support chat is terrible they dont even try and help you

What you’re seeing are failed authorization attempts, which can appear as pending charges but are never actually collected and will drop off automatically, usually within a couple of days. Our support team explained this in chat, and your bank can confirm that no funds were transferred. If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, the payment did not go through.
