They were extremely transparent and ensured I was informed what the process would look like for me. I was also comforted knowing he will be my consultant the remainder of the program I am in.
I liked most of the process
I liked most of the process; however, it was not made clear that the creditor negotiations would not be immediate. I'm nervous about this process now because I seems like it is going to take a few months before they start negotiating with the creditors. If I am incorrect, I can't find any information that says otherwise. I'll just wait and see at this point.
