I had an amazing experience with Sip Whiskey! I ordered 50 mL Gold Bar bottles for a corporate event, and from start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Our order timeline was very tight, and on top of that, we had to make several changes throughout the process. Despite all of the last-minute adjustments, the team handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.

I am still waiting for an order I placed on July 18Th. The website contains no disclosures about how long it takes for them to process and ship an order and refused to cancel mine on the 20th when I had not yet received any notice of processing or shipping. I had to re-buy everything in my order with a local vendor to have it on time. I would never recommend such a service to anyone!
Overall not bad. The $10 off is a little weak compared to 10 % to 20% of other companies. Shipping could be cheaper, but if customers get what they are looking for, it's a different ball game. I got what I needed, if looking for stuff and they have it but the shipping is the difference, I go other places.
