Wrong mail to address.
I spent quite a bit of time choosing this and completed the purchase and mailing to a business associate only to have your site default to my home address instead of the intended recipient. I sent a separate email notifying you of this. Order #304396 needs sending to: Eric Leoma, Renaissance Tile and Slate, 2231 Hawkey Drive, Belvidere, IL 61008. Phone is +1 815-378-3646. I trust you will properly correct the mailing of this gift.

Never received the product I ordered
Never received the product I ordered. Sip Whisky did an investigation into my order and sent me an image my home years before I put as their proof of investigation. What a joke this company is claiming they could not do anything because I didn’t have video evidence. Do not bother buying their “insurance” it’s just a useless fee that doesn’t insure anything. I threw over $300 down the drain trusting this company.

A bottle that was completely empty was delivered. I have reached out to customer support and have received no update. The bottle of Weller was intended to be a gift and I cannot get resolution. My only recourse is to call the bank and initiate a charge back if I do not receive a response.
