i like individual packaging of fish, packed with enough of ice in shipment, arrived frozen. great quality of fish, like included recipes.

Excellent and varied selection of both seafood and beef ! The quality of the scallops, haddock, cod, and filet mignon has been awesome. The ordering has been easy, and the products have arrived quickly and in great condition ! Excellent service !

The portions of the salmon were less…

The portions of the salmon were less than 1 inch thick, and maybe 3 ounces in weight. The portions should be cut to a typical portion size, maybe 5-6 ounces. If not, there should be an option to size up. If I have to use2 pieces per serving, I am not getting 14 meals.

The quality of the fish is good, however

The quality of the fish is good. However, (I have been a member for 5 month), the labels come off during shipping. I complained about the "guess what fish I'm eating. They said we're aware of the problem and working on. Very frustrating. Also, SEVERAL of the fish were not sealed properly. Fish then gets icy. Next month will be my last as I feel 6 months to correct is long enough.

Perfect packaging for summer weather. Extra dry ice kept fish perfectly frozen. UPS did a great job delivering in a very short time period. Much improved over previous order delivery experiences. Quality of fish is always excellent. And I love that you can order it in 4 ounce or 6 ounce serving sizes and can order à la carte. Have recommended your company to several people. Will order Sizzlefish again when needed.

Sizzlefish is the greatest

Sizzlefish is the greatest! Think I’m in my 5th year of subscribing and I have been pleased with every shipment! Every other month I receive my King Salmon as scheduled and when I need to adapt the delivery date, they are accommodating. Easy to do.

I have not tried the fish as of yet. The packaging is great and the fish were still frozen when received. Looking forward to trying the fish.

Order Replacement

Unfortunately, my recent order got held up and thawed completely and was definitely warm. Sizzlefish very promptly replaced and sent out new order free of any charges. I really thought that was good relations.

The fish was delivered warm without a single ice pack. It is inedible. I emailed the support email address 3 days ago for a refund and have not even received a response. Very bad first experience.
