This is my first time doing anything like this especially over the phone. I talked to the sales agent Michael Cavalier and it seemed I knew him for ages. Smooth as ice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Read the fine print !! They offer an oral Trizepitide product that Does NOT work ! On the websites it claims they have excellent customer service and if you are not happy with results you can switch to injectables. THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY, and won't give me a refund. I have asked for months for a partial refund or at least to switch to injectable. Customer service consists of vague emails that never accomplish any progress. If you call them, you get a foreigner at a satellite location that can NOT do anything to help you. I have been getting NOTHING but the run around for 6 months from this company. I don't know how they got good reviews, I researched before I tried them!!! HUGE AND EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!

I used SkinnyRx for almost a year before switching to another provider. The switch happened because my PCP worked with a specific GLP-1 company and I figured it would be easier to have everything managed locally. The other provider was rigid, not very transparent about shipments, billing, etc. and also keeps increasing the prices for my prescription. I ended up switching back to SkinnyRx! The prices are very competitive, the medication is super effective, and the customer service is great. I was nervous about jumping through hoops to renew my plan with SkinnyRx, but Annabel B helped me through the process and it was truly so easy. I'll stick with them for the long haul!
