Non-responsive customer service and concerns about quality control
In my intake submission I wrote that I needed a gentler on ramp to GLP 1 as I had tried it before with terrible side effects when i went to second month dose. I was not contacted by anyone and then received notification my prescription was submitted …with standard dose escalation. I reached out three times via chat and once via email and never got a response so I called and explained the situation. Since prescription hadn’t yet been sent from pharmacy they said they would refer to clinical team. A few days later someone called me, I explained the situation and they said they would try to cancel the original prescription and re-issue with no escalating dose. They said they would “expedite.” About a week later I got a notice that the new prescription had been issued and they would expedite the request to pharmacy. It’s now been three weeks since my card was charged. Still nothing has been shipped and I have received one delayed email and one chat text a week after my inquiries. I will try this program for three months since I have already paid, but doesn’t seem terribly professional or personalized….which is concerning since it involves prescription drugs. With so little oversight/customer service over the program, it makes me wonder about oversight of drug quality as well. Going to do more research to see if they at least periodically test purity and content of what compound pharmacy is sending out

She's a very polite person, very good listener. She understood, she executed, and she made the sale. She's been with me on this decision-making for a few months now. The company has overall done everything that has been promised. My medication has come on time and packaged well. I have lost weight and am 4 pounds from my goal in 10 months! Today, Ivy in customer service, assisted me in making a renewal decision and was understanding and helpful. Overall, great company.

Skinny RX has been a life changer - I’ve lost 40lb on the 6 month plan- food noise was reduced and I was seeing an average about 1-3lbs weight loss per week. You have to maintain a high protein diet and I used Factor for 2 meals of the day and drinking plenty of water. Mariz has been great talking to when my in person doctor saw my transformation and great blood work they advised that they could put me on GLP medication covered through insurance which I wasn’t aware of but anyone wanting to try Skinny Rx give them a try - all documentation and procedures were done through the app.

You are forced into a bundle purchase of 6 months. Over $1600 invested for a medication that does absolutely nothing. Took the Oral terzepitide for 90 days and gained 15 lbs. I explained this to them through the chat and the useless responses didn't help at all. Told me that because they had already shipped my second 90 day supply, no refunds are allowed. From what I've read in other reviews, it sounds like thats just an excuse since they wouldn't refund for nonshipped medication either. They just basically stole $1600 from me and had the nerve to offer me a 25% discount on a renewal. Making it cheaper wont make it work any better. Customer service 0 stars. Solution 0 stars. I do not recommend dealing with these thieving hacks.
