My experience with Skycaskets was the best. They made a beautiful custom casket for my son’s burial and it was made with so much care and concern for our son. This funeral was one of the most trying times in my life and working with Skycaskets definitely put a smile on my face. They are professional and proficient and if I ever had to shop for a casket again I would definitely shop with them. The experience was five star.

Iam so excited that I have gotten my mom a casket from sky caskets. They really took care of my family. We wanted a customized casket for our lived one but we were told from other casket company that our vision could not be done. Matthew give me such a wonder walk though on what to except on how my casket would look for my love one and it was exactly what we wanted and not expensive. Thank you sky casket.

I'm so hurt it's been a nightmare for me I'm a mother and I'm single with for kids I ordered a wooden casket for my father it was supposed to be cherry wood I was told that it was the same one use for the owner grandmother that was beautiful and that I was gonna love it. When I seen it I was actually crying It was absolutely horrible the color the quality everything about was horrible I couldn't never expect anything so terrible it looks nothing like the picture I was so embarrassed I called and had to order another casket and never got my money back or anything I just couldn't believe how this happened especially when they have really nice pictures on the site I'm heartbroken.
April, you called us to order a casket and selected the cherry one after we texted you live pictures of the actual casket that we sent you. We delivered the casket on the 10th where it was signed for in good condition. We thought all was well. You called us back on the 20th and to order a bronze casket and needed it delivered the next morning on a Saturday because you said that the first one didn't have enough bling for your family members. We got the bronze one delivered the next day. If our caskets were that bad then why would you call us back to order another one? This makes no sense. We are actively trying to get the cherry one sold for you in the meantime.

It was absolutely amazing! For me, it was a confirmation that God is with us. They didn’t have the casket I ordered for my dad, and somehow the CEO of Sky Caskets himself received my order! He called me, and luckily I called him back in time. He upgraded my dad’s casket for free. He gave me a military discount because my dad was a 100% disabled veteran, and he also covered the shipping cost. Amazing! If I hadn’t gotten in touch with him when I did, the casket wouldn’t have shipped in time. He said he was a Christian, and God was with me. I am a Christian as well. During the time of bereavement, buying a casket for your love one can be a challenging task. We were blessed to work with the Matthew, the owner of the company to make this purchase. We wanted to honor my father the way he would want be honored. Our choice was not available but the owner was able to offer us more than we thought we could afford. It was truly a blessing to work with him and this company to make this process much easier for my family.

I posted a really really great complimented review for this company. No one returned my call or email, I know it was over the weekend when my brother went to view casket. No one contacted us back casket arrived like a day earlier than stated, thankful for that. The actual inside lining isn’t what we asked for, such a disappointment for what we paid for. It was suppose to be all white inside and out. The disappointment in my brothers face and voice for his beloved wife in a casket that’s not the color was heart wrenching.
Rhonda, the Antique 31 is a white exterior casket with a light shaded pink interior. We don't have a 31 inch casket that has a white exterior and a white interior. We shipped exactly what was ordered. On the online description it very clearly says, "Soft Pink Crepe Interior". We're sorry to hear that you thought you had ordered something else but we shipped exactly what you had ordered and signed for.

With my sister and I the only ones left to plan our father's final celebration here on earth, while he is hanging on and the time is uncertain.
