As expected

As expected, nothing to fancy for what i bought. But i think it was smaller than anticipated. I´m muscular 1.80 and bought L and it was very very tight

Loki costume TVA

The dress was a bit oversized compared to regular clothes but apart from that everything else about it is nice. The shipping was done on time.

RUMI costume set

Ordered the Rumi set. Was concerned that it wouldn’t arrive in time for the date needed and contacted customer service to let them know my concern. They were very quick in responding and kindly offered to cancel the order if I didn’t receive the shipping confirmation by a certain date (do check your junk mail!!). However, it did arrive not long after and then we received the coolest, nicest Rumi set. 🤩 My girl is happy- Thank you!!! 💛

Some colors don't match the photos

Some colors don't match the photos. The shorts were supposed to be black, but they actually look brown in the costume I got. The red material of the costume looks so washed out and from really cheap material. All in all, the costume doesn't look as shiny and beautiful as in the photos.

it says XL but feels XS

Altough i ordered it in XL it does not fit in the slightest. whenever i buy any t-shirt or anything i always order L or XL. when im unsure i order XL. however altough this one is XL it feels like it is XS becau i cant even put one arm in it and it even does not fit my 15 year old nefew.

I bought a cosplay and I am not happy…

I bought a cosplay and I am not happy with the quality of the socks. The crop top was way too short even though it was the right size and they didn't send the wig I bought. Also I didn't get an awnser to my emails yet and on the website they insist that you have to contact them within 2 days of reciving the package, so I was expecting at least some kind of response in that timeframe.

Hard to choose a size

Update to 1* because I’m still waiting for any response from the support team The quality looks good for me but it doesn’t help if the costume doesn’t fit at all. I used the size chart and measured all body parts exactly. Related to the results I choose the costume size but it was way to big. Unfortunately to the high shipping cost it is very bad to get the wrong size. I have asked the support for maybe a repayment of shipping costs but didn’t received an answer yet.
