if I could give negative stars I would. The process was not at all what they told me in the beginning. Everything they said would happen was a blatant lie and misinformation. When I depositited enough money to pay off all off my accounts so I could be done with them they held my money for months and I am still fighting to get them to do the pay offs. On top of that they are still taking money from my checking account even though I have directed them NOT TO.

Hi Theresa, Glad we were able to get connected to further discuss this. It seems there was some slight miscommunication here. You added additional funds to take care of 3 specific accounts, which is what will absolutely still happen, however the timing of that agreement is up to the creditors. The payments you have previously made are going to pay off the accounts that we already have agreements in place on and no drafts have been pulled since you made your additional payment 2 weeks ago, thus we are not withholding any funds, just waiting on the final agreements to be made. We would kindly request that you update your review to reflect the conversation that we had this morning as I feel that clarified a lot of what is actually taking place here. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions!
