Felix is the agent that I have working with me . He was well spoken, polite , knowledgeable, and WASN'T PUSHY! He knew I was on a hamster wheel. I was paying 29% on most of my credit cards. 18% interest on a loan ...you get the picture. As of today, the SAME day We spoke over the phone, ALL my credit cards are paid in full , NOT delinquent. Of course I am not using them anymore....why would I want to at that outrageous rate ?! I kept one credit card. My ungodly payments of over 3/4 of my income is down to such a small amount AND instead of paying things off in...get this, 22 years...I will be in the clear in 3 years at....5% interest!!! I feel an overwhelming sense of relief. This is NOT debt consolidation. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. The only thing you have to lose is , HIGH INTREST and companies wanting to take advantage of you.
Really excited to hopefully get out of debt.
Service was impeccable thanks to Felix . What fast service.
OMG… Justin Cerro was fantastic! After having a bad experience with a debt settlement company before, I was very hesitant. But after speaking with Justin, I started to feel differently. The empathy and genuine concern in his voice immediately put me at ease. It was clear that he truly cared about my situation and took the time to listen. After talking with him, I drove home with such a sense of relief. It’s reassuring to know that there are still kind, compassionate people in this world, and Justin is definitely one of them. Thank you, Justin, for your professionalism, patience, and kindness. I truly appreciate your help!
Overall good fast and thourough with their explanation of things worked
Explanation of do's and don't during debt relief program. Easy to contact. Abigail was super nice and knowledgeable of her job.
Hi Imad, We just tried to reach out. After reviewing the call and the notes on your file you had originally agreed to the 36 month term. When you spoke with the customer service team you mentioned that you thought it was only 3-6 months and that you felt misled. It sounds like there was a brief misunderstanding here however both the original call and contract stated that your enrollment was for 36 months. Your file has been closed out but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Larry was very polite, business professional, and caring. He explaned the process and able to find a program that worked for me!
I wasn't sure what to expect upon applying. I was very surprised with the options available to help me. I spoke with Mr. Andres Cortes, who is very professional, courteous, and engaging. Mr. Cortes explained things well and allowed me to ask questions to help me understand the process. I am looking forward to working on my plan and grateful for this opportunity to take better care of my finances.
They are the middle man to GRY. Fake promises. You can handle dept on your own. There is no way somwone is helping charging the amount of money they charge. They front load fees and settle large dept first. Wiping your account clean. Im not talking hundreds im talking thousands. 25 percent on a credit card of 9000 you do the math. They stole my money as soon as it built a big balance. Grt asked me to edit my review. Let me explain. If you do not know like me. After a account is settled, i doubt a small one first, they pay them selves a lump sum out of your escrow account amd thats how the money is gone. Its not actually stolen. As a customer your not thinking debt will be handled this way and im glad i was asked to edit because now i can include that i received a lawsuit from one of my smaller creditors a week after they did this that further explains front loading massive fees like the 25 percent. I wS informed they are allowed to take the 25 percent in full after the first payment is made. I hope that explains in which it is my interest to help others to not go through this period.
Hi Ronita, Seems you were able to get connected with a manager to further explain things. 1) GRT works off a contingency based model. Meaning that they do not collect any fees until your account has been resolved. It is not true that the fees are front loaded. 2) No money was stolen. Once you receive an agreement on your accounts, your creditors begin being paid. The reason there is no longer money in your account is because it going towards your debt. Looking at your file, you are saving close to $20,000 by being in this program. We could kindly request that you edit your review to reflect what has legitimately happened with your funds and how fees are collected.
