Sheryl and her team are amazing. I had to replace the layers on my mattress. They were completely responsive, accommodating with the delivery schedules and helped me all the way. I love working with this company. And the mattress is super comfortable and customized to my preferences. Highly recommend them.

This is the 6th Naturepedic mattress that we've bought, and needed this one quickly for a pending move. The delivery team was flexible to change locations when my father got into assisted living early. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and hold up well, too.

I got the best wool pillow for my neck. I had car accident and multiple injury for over 20 years. I had herniated disc on my neck. I have used so many different pillows all these years. Sleep 365 sells 100% wool pillow that finally relieve my neck pain during my sleep. And I wake up feel good.

Mattress installers were polite, competent and careful. New mattress feels more supportive. Wife has soft and husband has medium firmness. Wife notices better sleep.

I love the mattress I purchased. However, I went to the location in Marin and purchased my mattress late January. I was told that I would probably receive the mattress at the end of March. I didn't end up receiving it until April. They never reached out or had the decency to keep me updated on the status of my mattress & bed frame. It was a very expensive purchase & I paid everything up front. I was the one who had to reach out to see what the hell was going on & when I would be getting my mattress. I did receive a loaner mattress after I contacted them to see when I could get the loaner. I would have really appreciated better communication on their end to at least keep me updated as to when I'd be receiving my purchase & if there were any delays, instead of being left hanging wondering what's going on. The delivery crew was good though.
