good communication and customer service as screws wouldn't align
I was excited to find a low frame bed mattress. Perfect low hight, with some air flow. Somehow the holes for the screws are not quite aligned, and so the frame is not quite straight because I could not screw it down completely. The manifacturer reached out and is sending a replacement frame, explaining 1 of their machine got out of alignment. They have good communication and good customer service striving for quality. The delivery was straightfoward and timely. Thank you

We investigated the issue with our manufacturer, who discovered that a machine had been miscalibrated during production. The problem has since been corrected. We will reach out to you directly.

Fabulous experience all the way
Fabulous experience all the way - from detailed help and support with Diane and Richard - to superb quality of the bed we chose, to set up. Just slept on our bed last night for the first time, and we LOVED it (myself, my husband, and our dog)! Thank you!!

Purchased 2 of the 1.5” low profile…
Purchased 2 of the 1.5” low profile supports. Both needed to have holes redrilled for the screws to fit in. If we didn’t have someone that could make the adjustments we would have had to return both platforms. We also had to cut off small blocks of wood to get the corners to match up. Need better quality standards for the price they cost. * additional note. I did not contact Sleep365 for help. I didn't have the luxury of waiting for any replacements. I needed to use the 2 beds. They did reach out and stated they would have offered to replace. They stated they found a machine that was miscalibrated during production. They offered a free gift for my trouble, which I declined.

Richard was wonderful to work with
Richard was wonderful to work with. Knowledgable, patient and did not pressure us for purchase. The bed arrived in three weeks and I couldn’t be happier. My night time pain has been completely relieved. I wish I had bought it sooner. Additionally, the men who delivered and set the bed up were very knowledgeable and courteous. The entire experience has been 5 star!

Best place to try Naturepedic mattress in San Francisco
Fantastic customer service helping with trying out different mattress that fit my needs (very plush), toppers, and pillows with the quotes. I was able to have time to think about it and then come back to decide by taking a nap to do a trial, ended up with Concerto Naturepedic and the delivery was estimate a few weeks wait. It was worth the wait! Got my old mattress removed and the delivery guys helped to setup. Happy with my purchase after a couple of months of testing it and dont have as much back pain as before and am able to sleep so much better! Thanks!!

The team was extremely communicative, answered every question and provided excellent professional insights.
