Happy with the "scratch and dent" set I…

Happy with the "scratch and dent" set I bought for $100 However, paying anything above that would be a major disappointment. The edges of the wood are all sharp ( a quick sandpaper rub fixed it tho) The frame is all unfinished wood which will need to be stained or have a protective coating applied otherwise the wood will not last if used outdoors. The "scratch " purchase came with 8 bags which are corn filled due to the dust that comes out of them. While corn not specified in the item description, I would have preferred plastic resin for outdoor use.

No communication, No Product, No Good!

No communication from vendor. Only heard from them after filing complaint with PayPal requesting a refund. The excuse that they blamed to lack of communication and no product shipping was due to a printer failure. Still haven’t received a refund because you have to wait 21 days after filing with PayPal. Ordered the boards over a month ago. Buyer beware. Major issues with this vendor!

Joseph We apologize for the delay in shipment. We had circumstances out of our control with printing issues that frustrated us as much as our customers. The customer service issues we also apologize for and are revamping that department in 2022.
