1st I lose my balance to a bet I never actually made. (A glitch bet my whole balance on the first game listed, one of those chicken road games)
I thought initially my account was compromised so I reached out to support. They froze my account "temporarily". But despite dozens of follow ups it was never opened. And one day they advised they closed it for "security reasons" with no clarification?
Why? Well I think it's because I had too many referrals and they sneakily decided to shut me down to avoid paying up.
In my opinion these people are thieves and cowards. If you have problems I'd recommend reporting them to the IC3 the FBI's internet criminal complaint service.
