Been waiting 20 days to redeem 350$…
Been waiting 20 days to redeem 350$ dollars it’s been so long I gambled half and trying to redeem the $180 I’m not getting any replies and when I did get replies they sent 3 replies in email then never again and nothing that helped me move forward at all. All I need is to change my phone number from my old one or be able to purchase with Skrill I can’t do either because I’m not getting the support i need
They just told me to do a manager review after I posted this review and that still has done nothing for me now I have wasted $25 more dollars trying to redeem by Skrill because using the Skrill option keeps having hiccups then when I add to Apple Pay option it process through Skrill but doesn’t give me the go on redeeming by Skrill saying I still need to make a Skrill purchase you guys really need to fix your app and your customer service support team it id dam near impossible to get any help on these issues..are you guys ever going to help me change my phone number I sent what I needed and I’m still not getting my phone number updated going on a whole month can’t redeem anything why is it taking so long to get a good response..you guys aren’t helping me with support

I love myprize. RTP is a bit lower than Stake, but they pay out INSTANTLY. It has big names tied to it so you know theyre not gonna do ya too dirty. Overall I’d say A+ as far as casinos go.

I like how you can deposit any amount at My Prize and they have a very good selection of games. I've deposited often and haven't redeemed yet. Hopefully they'll give me some free credits. That's the only complaint I have with this casino is the lack of free bonuses to their paying customers.

They have 1 dollar fee for redemptions which is fair. Minimum redemption amount is 100 Dollars which could be lower but overall good casino with alright sales.
