This website is absolute GARBAGE with terrible business practices! I logged in to collect my daily reward (which is pretty much all I do) and got a notification that my account was under review, I emailed asking why and they said, "Hi, We hope this message finds you well. Following a thorough review of your account, we regret to inform you that it did not pass our Compliance review due to security standards. As a result, we will be proceeding with the closure of your account. As per our policies, MyPrize reserves the right to take necessary actions in cases of detected possible risks to maintain the integrity and security of our platform. If you have any further questions, please refer to MyPrize Terms of Use. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. (Name edited out) MyPrize Support" To that, I replied, "Excuse me, what did I actually do? I login and collect my daily and occasionally play, I feel that is unfair termination of my account. I have not done anything against the rules so how am I not in compliance?" They replied, "Hi, Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose the specific reason for the decision. However, after checking with our Compliance Team, we can confirm that your account did not pass the review at this time. We understand this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding. (Name edited out) MyPrize Support" My last email said, "There is no understanding here, this is absurd, if I did something wrong (which I did not) you should be able to tell me what happened with my account that has all of my information on there. I have never bothered y'all, I've never taken advantage of the site, I play in Texas, where I live and it's allowed, I only have one account, I am unsure as to why even after reviewing the Terms of Use as you had suggested. This is very poor business practice!" They were promptly responding before and have ceased to respond since then. I don't think I ever redeemed from there, I played occasionally to scratch an itch and they decided to terminate my account, which has my personal information. I will continue to warn everyone that I come into contact with about this site and I will post on anything that I can to get the message out. I also hate that JackpotBeauty went strictly to that site because I enjoyed watching her but now I can't even partake in that and I hate that she is promoting a site that is obviously shady! In their response on here they claim for "safety and security of their site" I'm not a hacker, I didn't go against the guidelines, I did nothing to affect the security of your site. I was a customer and I will continue to tell people EVERYWHERE that this site is not to be trusted! I also have a group of fellow customers that have had their accounts closed for no reason and one of them specifically said that they had a significant win and this site made it IMPOSSIBLE to redeem and she never got to, yet again, another shady practice. I will not stand down, the site is garbage!

We will update you as soon as the review is complete." I've attempted to reach out to them to ask if they need any information from me to get this sorted out but haven't received a response. Will gladly update my review once this is resolved but so far I can't get a hold of them. Shoulda Known Better Honestly...
